LPFI Receives $100K to Support Launch of SMASH at UC Davis

LPFI was recently awarded $100,000 from Genentech to support the newly launched Summer Math and Science Honors Academy at UC Davis helping to create a strong future workforce of scientists and researchers. “Genentech has been a long-time supporter of LPFI and we greatly appreciate their continued support in helping us grow and deepen our impact in California,” stated Eli Kennedy, CEO of LPFI.

This support comes as Genentech celebrates its 40th Anniversary as a leader in biotech. During this milestone anniversary, Genentech has renewed its commitment to support the efforts of organizations providing hands-on science education to underserved students in local communities.
