Thank you for your interest in the SMASH Emerging Leaders Board (ELB).
Members will help the Development and Programs teams with key strategic initiatives and partnerships, while gaining board experience.
The inaugural board will set annual goals that align with SMASH’s mission and priorities. Current goals include fundraising through events, supporting SMASH, and professional development of ELB members.
Members are expected to contribute 5-10 hours each quarter and $2,000 by the end of the board term.
About you:
- You’re highly engaged or interested in tech ecosystem building
- You’re interested in helping SMASH fulfill its goal to provide exposure to tech and STEM to underrepresented groups
- You’re interested in gaining practical board experience
